I have carefully curated a wide variety of movement and breath practices with varying levels of difficulty and duration all in one place allowing your daily movement to be accessible no matter where you might be in the world.
Categories like vinyasa, yin, slow flow, mat pilates and breathwork are intended to connect your mind, body and spirit.
1:1 Breathwork
A 1:1 Breathwork session is 1-1.5 hrs that is specifically tailored to the individuals needs. Offering a private setting in your home or online, private Breathwork is great for someone to explore breathwork privately or if someone is feeling unsure of what breathwork may offer them. Breathwork is a beautiful tool to assist in healing, regulating nervous systems and managing stress.
1:1 Yoga
Private Yoga sessions are designed for people that are interested in starting or getting back into yoga. This offers a solid foundation. They are also great for students who are looking to deepen their practice, with adjustments, philosophy and 1:1 feedback.
Private Group Sessions
Private Group Breathwork and/or Yoga sessions are brought straight to you. Enjoy a 1-1.5hr encounter that is tailored specifically to your group. Share the experience of breathwork & yoga with loved ones, friends, and staff!
